The course also gives you the knowledge you need to make sure the food you serve to people with food allergies or intolerances is safe. Food allergens awareness due diligence training provides a range of practical advice and information to ensure you are geared up to protect your customers from harm – and protect your business from prosecution. The course is beneficial to staff in food businesses at all levels and on completion, a certificate of attendance is provided.
